Can someone else answer a business line?
Yes. Forward the number to any phone — a colleague's mobile or an office line — always, only when you're offline, or during business hours. Callers only ever see your business number.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. Add your company name, address and VAT number in your billing settings and every invoice shows them, ready to download as PDF. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
How many numbers can a business have?
As many as you need, each billed on its own, monthly or yearly. If you need more than 20 numbers, talk to us and we'll help you set them up.
Do you need company documents?
No. Like every HeyNum number, a business line only needs an email address — no ID and no company registration documents. Your company details appear on your invoices if you choose to add them.
Is there a free trial?
