- What it is
- HeyNum gives you a genuine mobile phone number (not a landline) in one of 19 countries, used for calls, SMS, MMS and verification codes directly in a web browser.

- United States, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Sweden, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Puerto Rico, Israel and New Zealand.

- From $5.79 a month (€5.19 / £4.49), depending on the country of the number. Yearly billing costs 10 months: two months free. No setup fee, taxes included, same price wherever you live.

- Any recent web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on computers, tablets and phones. Nothing to install; it can be added to the home screen as a web app.
- Identity checks
- None: an email address is all HeyNum asks for. No passport or ID scan, no selfie, no proof of address (no KYC).
- Payment
- Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC‑20) and USDT (ERC‑20). Bank cards are not available yet.
- Billing
- Prepaid, monthly or yearly. Nothing renews automatically; the number stays active until the end of the paid period and is kept on hold for 14 days after it.
- Delivery
- The number is assigned and usable as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain (usually 1 to 2 minutes for Ethereum and USDT, 10 to 30 minutes for Bitcoin).
- Limitations
- No emergency calls (911, 112, 999). Some apps and websites refuse numbers they don't recognize. Existing numbers can't be transferred to HeyNum yet. Calls and texts to other countries use pay‑as‑you‑go credit.

Limits
- No emergency calls: HeyNum can't reach 911, 112, 999 or other emergency numbers. Keep a regular mobile line for emergencies.
- No number transfers yet: you get a new number, you can't bring the one you already have.
- No bank cards yet: you pay in Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT.
- Every app and website sets its own rules: a few refuse numbers they don't recognize.
- Calls and texts to other countries use pay‑as‑you‑go credit, with the rate shown before you dial.

A number that doesn't work as described is replaced or refunded in full within 14 days, and every message to support is answered by a person within 24 hours. Our terms, refund policy, privacy policy and legal notice are public.

Can HeyNum receive WhatsApp and other verification codes?
Yes: HeyNum numbers are real mobile numbers, so they receive SMS codes from most apps and websites, WhatsApp and Telegram included. Every service sets its own rules, though, and a few refuse numbers they don't recognize.
What can't HeyNum do?
It can't call emergency services, it can't take over a number you already have, and it doesn't accept bank cards yet — only Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT.
