HD voice that adapts
Calls use the Opus codec, which keeps voices clear on fast Wi-Fi and stays stable on a patchy 4G connection.
Calls in your browserIncluded with every number
Your HeyNum number rings in any browser tab — on your laptop, your tablet or your phone. Clear HD voice over Wi-Fi or mobile data, with no app to install and no SIM card.
How it works
Sign in at heynum.com in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge — on any computer, tablet or phone.
Your browser asks once, the first time you make or take a call. That's the only setup.
Use the keypad or tap a recent contact. Incoming calls ring on every device where HeyNum is open.
In detail
Calls use the Opus codec, which keeps voices clear on fast Wi-Fi and stays stable on a patchy 4G connection.
Your laptop, tablet and phone ring together. Answer on whichever is closest — the others stop ringing.
Navigate phone menus, enter booking references or extension numbers, just like on a regular phone.
Mute yourself, put a caller on hold, and switch between your speakers and a headset mid-call.
Incoming, outgoing and missed calls with their duration — the same list on every device.
People see your HeyNum number when you call. Your personal number is never shown, to anyone.
Pricing
No tiers and nothing to unlock: browser calls come with every HeyNum number, from $4.49 a month.

Contact supportCalls use WebRTC with the Opus codec, the same technology behind the best video-calling apps. On a normal Wi-Fi or 4G connection, voices are clear and natural. Around 100 kbit/s is enough; a headset gives the best results.
Yes. Incoming calls ring on every device where HeyNum is open, and you answer on whichever you prefer — the others stop ringing straight away.
Your HeyNum number. Your personal number is never shown — not to the people you call, and not to the people who call you.
Calls to numbers in your HeyNum number's country use your 1,000 included minutes a month. Calls to other countries use pay-as-you-go credit. Emergency, premium-rate and special-service numbers can't be called.
Not at the moment: HeyNum doesn't record calls. You can add a note to any call in your history to keep track of what was said.
