Does call forwarding cost extra?

A forwarded call uses minutes like an outgoing call. Forwarding to a phone in your HeyNum number's country uses your included minutes. Forwarding to another country uses pay-as-you-go credit at that country's rate.

Will callers know their call was forwarded?

No. They dialled your HeyNum number and that's all they see. The number you forward to stays private.

Can I forward text messages?

Texts aren't forwarded by SMS, but you don't miss them: they wait in your inbox, and you can get a browser notification or an email alert for each one.

Can I forward calls only during business hours?

Yes: combine forwarding with a schedule, for example to forward your work number to your mobile only between 9 am and 6 pm.
