Can I choose my exact number?

We assign the next available mobile number in the country you pick, so your number is live the second your payment clears. For the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, ask us before you order if you need a particular area code.

Can I have numbers in several countries?

Yes. Add as many numbers as you like, in one or several countries. They all live in the same inbox, and each one is billed on its own.

Do I need to live in the country of my number?

No. You don't need a local address, a local ID or a local SIM card — just an email address. Every number works anywhere you have an internet connection, at the same price wherever you live.

Can I change my number later?

Yes. You can add a new number at any time and cancel the old one. If something's wrong with a number in your first 14 days, we swap it for free.

Is my number new or recycled?

Mobile numbers are a limited resource, so like every carrier we do reuse them — but only after a long quarantine, and we check each number before it's yours. If something's wrong in your first 14 days, we swap it for free.

Can I bring my existing number to HeyNum?

Not yet. Porting an existing number into HeyNum isn't available today — every HeyNum number is a new line, delivered instantly. If you need to transfer a HeyNum number out to another provider, contact us and we'll help where the rules of the country allow it.
